Part-Time Office Assistant/Coordinator
Solid Japan Inc, a small but quickly growing provider of business support services for foreign companies in Japan is searching for an energetic person to fill the role of Part-Time Office Assistant. We are looking for someone to help with paperwork, data entry, filing, translation, and to assist with a variety of special projects.
If you are polite, confident, friendly, customer service oriented, bilingual (Japanese-English with Japanese native level speaking, reading, writing) and have good experience with Microsoft Office, and want to learn about small business and financial administration, we would like to hear from you. This job is a part-time hourly position and would be well suited to University students, or individuals looking to work up to 25 hours per week. Our office is located in the Takanawa/Shinagawa area.
Experience in any of the following areas would be considered assets for this position:
-Bookkeeping/accounting
-Payroll/Social Insurance
-Banking/Payments
-Translation
