Solid Japan KK is a small but quickly growing provider of business support services for foreign companies in Japan. We are searching for an energetic person to fill the role of Entry Level Accountant/Payroll Assistant. We are looking for someone to process accounting data entry and filing, respond to client inquiries, prepare invoices and reports, assist with a variety of special projects and coordinate with our business partners. This will start as a part time position, and could grow into a full-time role.
If you are polite, confident, friendly, customer service oriented, bilingual (Japanese-English speaking, reading, writing), have good experience with Microsoft Office, and want to learn about all areas of small business and financial administration, we would like to hear from you.
Experience in one or more of the following areas are considered strong assets for this position:
-Bookkeeping/accounting
-Payroll/Social Insurance
-Banking/Payments
-Translation
Experience with accounting, payroll software, or banking software are also assets.
