ALTIA CENTRAL is looking for 1 great person to join our team as a part-time Kindergarten English teacher at 2 kindergartens in Nagoya city. This position is very much part time, with only 30 working days throughout the year, roughly 20 Tuesday mornings and 10 Thursday mornings. There are 3 or 4 30-minute lessons each day and we pay 4,000 yen/hour plus transportation costs in full of course. This would be a great opportunity to fill up a few mornings a month and make a little extra money.
Our Recruiting staff will be conducting interviews at our head office in Nagoya city and we are looking forward to meeting as many interested applicants as possible.
Successful applicants must be flexible, enjoy working with young children, and be motivated to go the extra mile to provide a positive experience for their students. A strong desire to continue to live and work in Japan, solid Japanese language skills, and some teaching experience with young learners is also highly recommended, and a minimum BA/BS degree is required for visa purposes.
