ALTIA CENTRAL is looking for some great people to join our team from September 1st, 2010, as Junior High School / Elementary school ALTs in the Osaka area. These Osaka area positions just to the east of Osaka city and mostly in JHS with 1 or 2 days per week at ELE school and are easily commutable by train.
Our Recruiting staff will be conducting interviews in Osaka and elsewhere throughout July as well as at our head office in Nagoya city on an ongoing basis. We are looking forward to meeting as many qualified applicants as possible.
Successful applicants must be flexible, enjoy working with young children, and be motivated to go the extra mile to provide a positive experience for their students. A strong desire to continue to live and work in Japan, solid Japanese language skills, and some teaching experience with young learners is also highly recommended, and a minimum BA/BS degree is required for visa purposes. Successful applicants must also be available for 4 days of Orientation/Training in Nagoya at the end of August (accommodation and transportation from Nagoya to your placement are paid for) before beginning in school.
