Dean Morgan Academy are seeking Sales Counselors for their new school opening early 2012.
Dean Morgan Academy is one of the school brands of the Dean Morgan Group. DMA is an adult man-to-man (one-on-one) English and French conversation school with schools in Shinjuku and Ginza.
We pride ourselves on the high standards of our sales staff, administrative assistants and teaching faculty who come from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. Our employees are supported through industry-leading software for sales tracking, CRM, scheduling, teaching and customized training.

Experienced (2 years client facing experience preferred)
The position involves seeking out sales opportunities, preparing and presenting sales presentations, counseling and tracking students, administrative duties and upholding our company values. We work a shift system from 10 AM to 9:30 PM seven days per week.
Our pay system is base & commission based commensurate with performance, with Japanese National Health/Pension plans available to full-time employees after an initial qualifying period.

仕事内容
お客様により良い学習環境、レッスンを提供できるようにサポートして頂きます。お客様一人一人の目標を一緒に考え、そのゴールに近づけるように定期的に カウンセリングを実施します。
勤務時間
10：00-21：30（実働8時間 シフト制）
